Goals:
- To be inspired to participate in direct support of the plans four core activities.
- To understand the process of sustainable growth and the steps your community must take to get there, the resources it needs, and where you can best support the process.
- To enhance your skills to specifically support tactical portions of the plan.

We are asking the facilitators to help the friends with the following:
- identify where they are in the particular activity
- where the Faith needs them to be
- build bridges to get there
We expect that by sharing their own experiences the facilitator and the participants will learn from each other, gain insights, and develop plans of action to become more engaged in the activity
